Medica Superspecialty Hospital recently organised an interactive session with Dr. Gary S. Mintz who invented the Intra Vascular Imaging (IVAS) and pioneered the technique. He is from the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, Columbia Hospital, New York, USA. Dr. Mintz discussed his observation on some very complex coronary intervention cases. The interaction was presided by Dr. Kunal Sarkar, Senior Vice Chairman, Department of Cardiac Surgery and Dr. Rabin Chakraborty, Senior Vice Chairman, Department of Cardiology.
