Varsha Dasgupta, a 5th year medical student and a SREI Foundation Scholarship Holder was awarded a Gold Medal for being the topper on the medical examination. She has the credit of having secured top position all through her medical examinations.
Another girl student, Arunima Ghosh showed excellent results in her M.A final examination and has topped the list to become First Class First in English from Calcutta University this year. For her brilliant academic career she had been awarded study books earlier.
Their performance will certainly inspire other Scholarship holders of SREI Foundation. Dr H.P Kanoria, Chairman, SREI Foundation complements both the girls for their remarkable achievements.
