Infrastructure power house Srei has recently launched a mobile application to improve its customer interface. The app named ‘SREI Sales Application’ is targeted towards the company’s retail and SME customers and has all customer related information under its aegis.
The company has developed this app to increase the efficiency of its sales force by providing them with certain features through this app. These features include lead generation ability, field investigation capability with GPS connectivity, an online repository of sales brochures that can be accessed through this app during customer interface and an easy EMI calculator.
The app's advanced features for customers include allowing customers to access their account details on-the-go and download digital money receipts. This app also allows them to make online payments and raise service requests for new finance, collection and closure requests, and for updation of personal details. Even non-customers can download the app and initiate a request for a loan.
