United Bank of India has moved a step ahead towards Digital Banking by Launching “United e-Collect”, A digital Platform for Online Payment / Fee Collection Services. The Digital Product “United e-Collect” is launched by Pawan Bajaj, Managing Director & CEO in presence of Ashok Kumar Pradhan, Executive Director, Deepak Chandanani, Chief Executive Officer, M/s World Line India Private Limited and other Senior Executives of the Bank.

“United e-Collect” is rolled in collaboration with M/s World Line India Private Limited, a reputable electronic payment processor / aggregator, for extension of online payment / fee collection module with payment gateway for electronic collection. A service level agreement in this regard is executed between bank and M/s World Line India Private Limited to render the digital services.

Ashok Kumar Pradhan, Executive Director, said that with introduction of “United e-Collect” the bank will remain in a competitive advantageous position in comparison to other market players and the visibility of the Bank will also be leveraged before the customers and public at large. The bank is also offering various alternate channel products like debit card, mobile banking, internet banking, UPI, ATM etc. to the customers for availing banking services in digital modes.
