The idea of launching an Ayurvedic beauty brand came after the team closely with Indian artisans while participating on a Government Project called Khadi. As they were working on packaging for Khadi products it was by then the idea had taken root to go back to the traditional Indian values, and launch an ayurvedic skin remedial brand with maximum benefits.

Vivek Sahni, Founder, KAMA Ayurveda told BE, “For Kama Ayurveda we give equal priority to all our products, be it the Kumkumadi Scrub and Serum which is one of our signature products or a Sanobar body cleanser & moisturiser. All the products developed at Kama Ayurveda are loved by the consumers.”

“At Kama Ayuveda, our R&D team and the product development team brainstorms on the lack of treatment and wellness oriented product categories available in the market. On the basis of our research, we develop the products such as- Kama Ayurveda’s- All natural sunscreen which will be launching soon by next month. A result of 5 years of intensive sun care research & testing, this unique formula is 100% Natural and combines all-mineral, broad spectrum SPF 21 actives with antioxidant-rich natural ingredients. We are also in the process of launching cleansers which will cater to different skin types such as sensitive skin, oily skin and etc in the forthcoming months”, Sahni added.
